Takt is led by Ivey R. Coss, MBA, PMP — a systems thinker and operational problem-solver shaped by nearly two decades of high-accountability environments.
Ivey began her professional career in 2005 in the private sector, then served in military aviation, where precision, logistics, and operational discipline were non-negotiable. In that environment, she assessed then redesigned supply, tooling, and training tracking systems that reduced waste and saved $5M in a single quarter.
Following her military service and completion of her MBA, she continued her career in complex organizational environments, including seven years at USAA, where she:
Built internal risk and issue reporting frameworks from the ground up
Helped run, streamline, and mature the P&C Modernization PMO
Led and stabilized underperforming product owner teams
Improved governance clarity within data modernization initiatives
Translated operational noise into prioritized, actionable visibility for leadership
